Hear is a simple way to figure out your calorie consumption level for weight loss.
Take your weight times ten plus your weight again. if your weight was 205 then you would do this
205 x 10 = 2050 + 205 = 2255 calories to maintain your current weight. To lose weight just eat less calories to gain weight eat more. As always check with your health care expert before making any dietary changes.
Remember a calorie is not an indication of how healthy a food is. Avoid processed and fast foods. Eat more fruits and vegetables. If you crave carbs get plenty of fiber through whole grains and legumes (beans). Be sure to drink enough quality water such as PI Water.
